2nd December – 60 seconds squats
3rd December – 30 second side plank hold each side
4th December – 10 press ups
5th December – 60 seconds step ups
6th December – 10 V-ups or single leg V-ups
7th December - 5 Hindu push ups
8th December – 20 walking lunges
9th December – 60 seconds L-sit leg raises
10th December - max effort dead hang for time
11th December - max effort wall sit for time
12th December – 10-minute shadow fight
13th December - 1 mile run or fast walk
14th December – 4 x 60 seconds skipping
15th December – 5 minutes hamstring stretches, 5 light kicking all directions
16th December – max push ups in 60 seconds
17th December – 10 air squats, 10 push ups, 10 V-ups x 3
18th December – 20-minute walk
19th December – 5 push ups, 5 tricep dips
x 4
20th December – for time: 100 bodyweight lunges
21st December - 10 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 air squats
22nd December – plank hold for time
23rd December – 5 burpees every minute for 5 minutes
24th December – 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 bodyweight squats x 5
